About IPS Germany
IPS Germany guides international patients to medical treatment in Germany. The company was founded in 1983, is led by the second generation of the El-Khouri family, and has cared for more than 60,000 patients since. It is based in Wiesbaden.
We represent patients, not hospitals
IPS Germany is tied to no hospital network and accepts no commission from hospitals. Every recommendation follows the diagnosis and the clinical suitability of the hospital, not a commercial relationship.
In practice that means written cost estimates before you commit, and every original hospital invoice passed to you unchanged, with no markup and no hidden line. In a market where intermediaries typically earn a share of the treatment price, that is the distinction that matters.
Who works here
Christian El-Khouri is the Director. Behind him is a small team of back office and case management staff who order medical records, arrange appointments and handle coordination with the hospitals. Patients are supported in German, English and Arabic.

IPS Germany is a founding member of the European Health and Medical Tourism Association (EHMTA) and the official media partner of Health Tourism News. Its sister brand MESC advises hospitals, government bodies and destinations on medical and health tourism.
